How can I renew my season ticket membership?
There are two ways to renew your membership dependent on how you'd like to pay:
When is the renewal deadline?
To ensure you maintain your member priority and have access to seat location options, please submit your renewal by no later than Friday, March 22nd, 2019.
Don’t forget, renewals received prior to Thursday, March 14th are eligible for our Early Bird Prizes including a trip for two (2) to view a Canucks Road Game, five (5) Single Game Suite nights, autographed jerseys and more!
ARE PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS AVAILABLE?
Yes! Payment plan selection is done as the last step in the Season Ticket Membership renewal process, after you have completed the member preferences survey and prior to entering your payment details. We have the following payment options available for 2019.20 Season Ticket Memberships (all options other than the full payment option requires a 10% non-refundable renewal deposit):
*Note: Payment plan fees are charged as a lump sum on August 15, 2018. If an account has more than four seats the fee caps at four seats.

Can I pay for membership via cheque or pre-authorized debit?
Yes! Please contact your personal Account Executive or contact our Membership Experience Team at 604.899.GOAL (4625), option 1 to coordinate payment via cheque or pre-authorized debit.
Can I pay for membership using cash?
Cash payments can be made at the Toyota Ticket Centre (Rogers Arena Gate 10) for amounts up to $1,000. Amounts greater than $1,000 (or multiple cash payments for a single transaction that would exceed $1,000) will not be accepted. Payments greater than $1,000 can be made by credit card, cheque, bank draft or pre-authorized debit.
How will I be notified of membership changes including price?
Season Ticket Members will receive an email which explains the important highlights including any changes of your Season Ticket Membership. Payment terms and price changes will be reflected on your 2019.20 renewal invoice in your Canucks Account Manager.
Can I have my tickets delivered via courier?
Yes! All Full Season Members will receive complimentary courier within Canada. Delivery within Canada is also available for Half Season Members, for a fee of $25.00.
Does my membership include a season ticket member gift?
As a Full Season Member, your 2019.20 membership package will include the opportunity to select an exclusive season member gift (i.e. $150 Rogers Arena Food & Beverage credit). Please stay tuned for the gifting selection window in April 2019!
