What is Auto Renewal?

Season Ticket Membership will automatically renew on March 18, 2019 for the 2019.20 season.

To make any changes to your Season Ticket Membership, or to opt out of the Auto Renewal program, please contact us before 5:00PM on Friday, March 15, 2019. For changes to your Season Ticket Membership, please contact your personal Account Executive, call our Membership Experience Team at 604.899.GOAL (4625) and select option 1, or use the Live Chat option. To opt out of the Auto Renewal program, please email us at membership.info@canucks.com.


When is the Auto Renewal Deadline for the 2019.20 season?

The deadline to opt out is on 5:00PM on Friday, March 15, 2019.


What are the benefits of Auto Renewal?

Auto Renewal provides all Season Ticket Members with a convenient way to renew their membership each season on the same payment terms and account service benefits to which they are accustomed, rather than having to select payment terms and account service benefits each year.

In addition to the standard benefits that all Season Ticket Members receive, those who are enrolled in Auto Renewal will have all payment plan fees waived, a savings of up to $50 per seat. Additionally, all Full Season Members who opt in to Auto Renewal receive a complimentary pair of tickets to a select game in the 2019.20 season.


If I am enrolled in the Auto Renewal program, do I keep the same seats?

Full Season Ticket Members will retain their seats automatically, and will be provided the opportunity to attend our annual seat relocation event held shortly after the conclusion of our season. Half and Quarter Season Ticket Members will have the opportunity to select their package and seat locations in the summer.


When and how can I opt out of Auto Renewal?

A Season Ticket Member may elect to opt out of Auto Renewal by providing email notice to Canucks Sports & Entertainment at membership.info@canucks.com or to their Account Executive. Please see below for a timeline of when opt out notice should be provided.


What is the difference between opting out of Auto Renewal and cancelling my membership?

Opting out of Auto Renewal will cancel a Member’s enrollment in the Auto Renewal program and the Member will be transitioned back to the regular membership renewal program (that is, they will still be a Season Ticket Member).

Season Ticket Members who wish to cancel their membership may contact their personal Account Executive or call our Membership Experience Team at 604.899.GOAL (4625) and select option 1.


How will I be notified of membership changes, including price?

Each year (typically in February/March), Season Ticket Members enrolled in Auto Renewal will receive an email renewal notification which confirms their enrollment in Auto Renewal and other important details of their account, including details regarding price changes, payment terms and benefits.


If I am enrolled in the Auto Renewal program, how do I change my payment terms?

Season Ticket Members can change their payment terms at any time by contacting their personal Account Executive, call our Membership Experience Team at 604.899.GOAL (4625) and select option 1, or use the Live Chat option.


If I am enrolled in the Auto Renewal program, can I pay by cheque?

No. To participate in the Auto Renewal program, a Season Ticket Member will be required to pay by pre-authorized debit or credit card, and we only accept one credit card or chequing/savings account per member account.


Is Auto Renewal mandatory?

As of March 2016, all New Memberships are opted into the Auto Renewal Program. For Members preceding this date, Auto Renewal is encouraged but not required.
